Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions govern participation in CUPS Mission trips. By registering for a trip, each traveler acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to the obligations set forth below.

1. Trip Cost

• The published base cost of the trip is $2,285 per traveler.

• This fee covers program expenses as determined by CUPS Mission but does not include airfare or personal travel costs.

2. Airfare Policy

• Each traveler is responsible for their own transportation to and from Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL).

• CUPS Mission will arrange and purchase round-trip airfare from Atlanta (ATL) to Blantyre, Malawi (BLZ) on behalf of all registered travelers in order to ensure coordinated group travel.

• By registering for the trip, the traveler expressly agrees to reimburse CUPS Mission in full for the total cost of round-trip airfare from ATL to BLZ.

• The estimated cost of round-trip airfare is between $2,500 and $3,000; however, actual airfare is subject to airline pricing and may fall outside this range. CUPS Mission has no control over airfare fluctuations.

• Prior to ticketing, each traveler must execute a Memorandum of Understanding, affirming their binding obligation to reimburse CUPS Mission for the total airfare purchased on their behalf.

• The full cost of airfare will be posted to the traveler’s account immediately following purchase.

• Airfare reimbursements are non-refundable and non-transferable under all circumstances.

3. Payment Policy

• The base trip cost of $2,285 is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Due to the nature and magnitude of the trip, no portion of this fee shall be refunded, credited, or applied to another traveler, or trip in the event of cancellation or withdrawal by the traveler.

• In the event that CUPS Mission cancels the trip in its entirety, travelers will be entitled to a refund of the base trip cost of $2,285. Such refund shall exclude airfare, personal expenses, or any third-party costs.

• Airfare costs are governed exclusively by the Memorandum of Understanding referenced in Section 2 and remain fully payable to CUPS Mission without exception.

4. Acknowledgment

By registering for this trip, the traveler affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Participation and acknowledges their financial obligations to CUPS Mission as stated herein.
